Rachelle graduated from Western Iowa Tech with a Certification in Dental Assisting in 2009. She joined Lilly Family Dentistry (an affiliate of Family 1st Dental) shortly after graduation. She has served as the assistant team leader for the Lilly office since 2014.
She is a firm believer that the moment you think you know everything, you stop learning. She is excited to collaborate with other offices and team members to continue her growth and development.
